When will my order be shipped?
Once payment is completed, orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 72 hours. Exceptions for local public holidays.
How long will the order take to arrive?
We use available options of local carrier (such as UPS, USPS), best-fitting the actual items ordered. It usually take 3-10 business days to arrive. Your order may delayed for 3-6 days due to the covid-19 impact or unexpected factors untrolled by us. Please wait in patience if that happens. You may contact us or the carrier for support.
How do I track my order?
We will update tracking info within 24 business hours after the order being shipped out. If you do not receive the email, or there is no update on page tracking in 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out, please contact us for support: email@example.com
Which country do you ship to?
Orders from this store would be only shipped to the United States. No cross-border shipments. For other countries, please contact us for more information. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military and diplomatic addresses (including APO, FPO and DPO) and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What's the shipping fee?
All items listed in the store are free shipping for US orders unless stated a different policy. If you prefer to use s specific carrier or service, please contact us for support and there you may need to cover an extra shipping fee.
Where are my ordered items sent from?
We currently use a third party worldwide company warehouses in the US. Products will be sent from these warehouses and we don't offer automatic cross-boarder shipping. Please contact us for support if you are ordering from a different country than the US.
